Fees

  • The fee for a notarial act is $10.00 per notarized signature, as mandated by the NC secretary of State.
  • Some services like I-9 Employment Verifications, Mortgage Signings and Apostille Services are negotiated separately.​
  • Absentee ballots are always free!
